Why Join TxGAP?
The Texas Association of Graduate Admissions Professionals (TxGAP) is professional organization dedicated to serving the needs of graduate enrollment management (GEM) and higher education professionals from across the great state of Texas. TxGAP provides a platform where GEM professionals can share best-practices, network, and make connections with peers.
About TxGAP
TxGAP was founded in 2010 and is the Texas chapter of the National Association of Graduate Admissions Professionals (NAGAP). We we a member-driven non-profit lead by a small board and several standing committees. The long-term success of TxGAP depends on the involvement of our members, and we would love for you to be a part of our organization!
Types of Memberships
Our organization is open to Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, and Nevada GEM professionals.
Individual Members: Individual membership status will be open to all graduate education professionals at accredited, nonprofit, higher educational institutions in Texas. Membership dues are $35 annually. Individual memberships are non-transferable. Individuals comprise 99% of TxGAP members and have voting privileges.
Affiliates Members: Affiliate membership status is open to individuals from organizations that assist or benefit TxGAP or the graduate admissions community. Membership dues are $150 annually. Affiliate members are welcome to attend all TxGAP events, including the Summer Institute but do not have voting privileges.
TxGAP does not offer institutional or organizational memberships at this time.
