Privacy Statement

Any information submitted to TxGAP may be used by the organization to send you information that is relevant to your position in graduate enrollment management.  It will also be shared with the National Association of Graduate Admissions Professionals (NAGAP) to provide information regarding our organization’s membership.  At times we may also share the information you provide to us with relevant vendors or other partners at our annual Summer Institute.  This policy supports TxGAP’s need to collect information and the right of the individual to privacy.  It ensures that TxGAP can collect personal information necessary for its services and functions, while recognizing the right of individuals to have their information handled in ways that they would reasonably expect and in ways that protect the privacy of their personal information.

Refund Policy

Payments for annual membership dues for the Texas Association of Graduate Admissions Professionals (TxGAP) may be refunded within 5 business days. Membership is unique to the individual and may not be transferred or conferred to anyone else. Payments for Professional Development events, Virtual Fairs, and the Summer Institute are non-refundable but may be transferred to a colleague to attend in your place.
