Early-Bird Registration: $400 (Member Only) Members should log in and go to the store to access the discounted rate.
Regular Registration: $450 (Member Only) Members should log in and go to the store to access the discounted rate.
Member Late Registration: $475
Non-Member Registration: $475
Non-Member Late Registration: $495
Proccessing the Member Rate:
Log in to your account. Then click your account tab at the top right side of the page. Then you can access the member store to complete your registration.
Refund Policy:
Registration fees are refundable up until May 1st. Refund requests received after May 1st will not be eligible for a refund. This policy applies to all registrants, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.
Exceptions:
In exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen extenuating circumstances, the organization may consider refund requests submitted after the May 1st deadline on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be accompanied by relevant documentation and will be reviewed at the discretion of the management team.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our board by email at info@txgap.org. Refund requests must be made by the registered participant or an authorized representative.
Processing Time:
Refund processing times may vary depending on the method of payment and the volume of requests. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
