The 2026 GEM Conference will be held in San Antonio, TX at the Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld/Westover Hills.Date/Times:
The 2026 Conference will be held on June 2 - 5, 2026. Check-in will begin at 3pm on June 2nd with the first TxGAP session beginning early Wednesday, June 3rd.Pricing
Early-Bird Registration: $375, Ends March 31st. Members should register using the email address associated with their TxGAP membership. (Members only)
Regular Registration: $400, April 1st - May 1st. Members should register using the email address associated with their TxGAP membership. (Members only)
Early-Bird Non-Member Registration: $400, Ends March 31st
Regular Non-Member Late Registration: $425, April 1st - May 1st

Refund Policy:
Registration fees are refundable up until May 1st. Refund requests received after May 1st will not be eligible for a refund. This policy applies to all registrants, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.
Exceptions:
In exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen extenuating circumstances, the organization may consider refund requests submitted after the May 1st deadline on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be accompanied by relevant documentation and will be reviewed at the discretion of the management team.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our board by email at info@txgap.org. Refund requests must be made by the registered participant or an authorized representative.
Processing Time:
Refund processing times may vary depending on the method of payment and the volume of requests. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
